Dear Church Family and Friends,

The 52nd General Assembly of the PCA will be held in Chattanooga, TN, from next week, June 23-27. This is a unique local opportunity to attend. You are invited to visit, especially for a worship service, which is a very encouraging experience. Remember, Chattanooga is in the Eastern Time Zone. Please pray for the Assembly:

  • For our commissioners from Cornerstone: Chris Moody, John Bise, Mark Hundsheid, Frank Cohee, and myself.

  • For Ruling Elders John Bise and Frank Cohee in their denominational leadership capacities.

  • For wisdom and unity throughout the Assembly.

  • That the PCA remains Faithful to the Scriptures, True to the Reformed Faith, and Obedient to the Great Commission.

Pray for our Missional Partnerships - PCA General Assembly (in Chattanooga, TN, June 23-27) and Redeemer Church of the Shoals, Florence, AL (Pastor Mark Robertson).

Pray for our church officers - Wisdom from God for shepherding and serving the saints at Cornerstone.

Communion - We will observe communion next Sunday, June 29.

Women’s Prayer Meeting - We will gather for a time of prayer on Thursday, July 3, at 10 am at Micki Smith’s home.

Junior High Pool Party - Rising 6-8th graders join us for food, fellowship, and swimming on July 2 at the Honeywell’s home from 4-7 pm!

Daughters of the King - Ladies, you’re invited to join us for a baby shower honoring first-time moms, Morgan High and Grace Piercey, on Sunday, July 20, from 2-4 pm. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall, and both ladies are registered at Babylist.com (search Morgan High and Grace Piercey). Please contact Heidi Honeywell or Shelby Hundsheid with any questions.

The Mission of Cornerstone Presbyterian Church is to be a community of Christ's followers who worship, grow, and serve together to glorify God in Huntsville and throughout the world.
